We do not require contracts or leases. Short term housing has never been easier. Our 44 suites will accommodate both small and larger families.

Relocating to Edmonton:
You will be welcomed upon arrival, and our ”Edmonton as Home” welcome package will offer information on the city which hopefully will make your relocation more pleasant. Our apartments are comfortable and shopping will never be easier with Save-On-Foods right next door. Our staff can give directions and help you find a daycare, a vet, a shoemaker or the nearest playground for the children.

Real Estate Relocations:
We have short term housing solutions in one, two and three bedroom suites to help realtors meet those unexpected and annoying delays.

Renovating Your Home:
While renovating you can be as close as you wish to be while the job is being completed. If you already live downtown you may be on your own turf or if your home is in another area you can experience living in the urban core for the duration of the renovation.

Insurance Relocations:
When emergency stays are required if fire or flood forces a family out of a house or a suite, Canterra can offer a spacious accommodations in a suite for the family when they most need it. The guests will be handled with empathy and caring for their stay.
